• All of our items are handmade with love — no two pieces are exactly alike! 🎀

• Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in design, color, or placement of charms may occur. These are not considered defects.

• Please handle your items with care, as decoden pieces are decorative and may be delicate.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received through our secure checkout system.

• We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify.

• Custom orders must be carefully reviewed before checkout — we cannot be responsible for incorrect device model selection.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship both within the UK and internationally. 🌍

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

• Please note: international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Because our products are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the customer selects the wrong size of their device model.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.

6. Product Care & Aftercare

To keep your items looking their best:

• Avoid water, oils, or strong cleaning products.

• Handle gently and avoid dropping or bending.

• Store away from sharp objects.

• We include a 3ml bottle of B7000 glue for minor charm fixes, should anything loosen over time.

• All content on this website — including product photos, designs, text, and logos — belongs to DecoCatUK and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Liability

• DecoCatUK is not responsible for injuries, damage, or issues resulting from misuse of products (e.g., rough handling, water exposure, or modification of items).

• Our products are not toys and should be kept out of reach of small children due to small parts.
