14-Day Return Policy 

Each decoden piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we can only accept certain returns. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of decoden items, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Made-to-order items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Wrong device model size selected by customer

 

Return Process

1. Contact us at decocatuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue if applicable.
2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
• Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because each decoden piece is unique, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may place a new order once your refund is processed.
